About me
My life path in construction, briefly
My name is Oleksiy, I was born in 1984 in Ukraine, from childhood I wanted to become a designer, but I went not for a dream, I grew up in a small village, I studied in a secondary school until the eighth grade, after which I entered the physical and mathematical lyceum “ARLI” in a neighboring city, Having finished studying in lyceum, I entered “DIIT” on progamist, on the first course it became clear to me, it is boring for me, I changed to economic cybernetics, it was not very happy for me too. After graduating from the University “DIIT” my development as a person in construction began in 2008, when I first came to the construction site as an ordinary worker, installation work on the entrance, interior doors, rolling gates, roller shutters and including automatics, it was given to me easily and was all on so clear, I thought I was born with these skills, it was nice to hear from customers positive feedback. At that time, few people thought about my leadership qualities or abilities to become a manager, to tell the truth, I did not think about it myself. But over time, I began to realize that everything I do I like, thanks to my self-discipline, desire for self-improvement and persistence, I was moving up the career ladder. The career ladder was starting my own small business, production with installation services, gates, fences, sheds, pergolas, bathhouses, saunas, hangars....
Evolution to project manager in cooperation with a construction company
Gradually, my credibility in the construction market grew and the management of a major construction company offered me the opportunity to collaborate in the role of foreman. This was a new challenge for me, but I took it on with enthusiasm and determination. In my new position, I had to not only supervise and organize the work of the crew, but also make strategic decisions related to project execution.
With each new project, I gained experience and confidence. My leadership skills were fully realized, and given my success, I was given the position of project manager.
In this role, I not only have to plan and coordinate the construction work, but also control the budget, interact with customers and contractors, and solve problems. My experience gained at all previous stages of development helps me to successfully cope with new challenges.

Today I can proudly say that my journey from an ordinary employee to a project manager has been a cornerstone of my professional development. Overcoming difficulties, learning from my mistakes, I came to realize that the key qualities of a successful manager are perseverance, responsibility, communication, teamwork and self-improvement.
My development as a person in construction has presented me with many lessons and opportunities for growth. And I am convinced that only hard work, determination and striving for professional excellence will help me to continue to achieve my goals and achieve the right results in the world of construction.
This path reflects my personal growth, and I am proud of my achievements in this area.

Becoming a specialist
When I started working in my business, I actively studied all the subtleties and nuances of construction, learned from experienced craftsmen, accepted and mastered new technologies and methods of work. My desire for knowledge and desire to develop allowed me to quickly assimilate new information and apply it in practice. Thanks to this, I became one of the best specialists on the sites.
My professionalism and responsible approach to work did not go unnoticed. I showed initiative, offered my ideas on improving the processes at the construction site, selected a friendly team and always performed the assigned tasks qualitatively and on time.
